Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of a mind’s focused relaxation. Our mind slips in and out of a hypnotic state numerous times in our everyday living. Think of the times you've driven your car, sitting behind the wheel for hours at a time on 'auto-pilot' and later remembered little of what happened, you have been in hypnotic trance. The same applies to being engrossed in a really good book or concentrating on a film.

Anyone can be hypnotized who wants to be. Being hypnotized is only a matter of allowing it to happen. It is however a two-way process, without your collaboration and willingness to effect changes in your life little will happen. For almost as long as humans have sought relief from suffering they have turned to hypnosis. How does hypnosis work?

During hypnosis a trance state is induced as the client is gently guided to relax their conscious mind. Trance is a natural state of consciousness when the mind becomes inwardly focused. It feels similar to when we day-dream, in this state we relax, drift away and make use of the resources of our unconscious mind. Trance allows the subconscious mind the opportunity to share a wealth of information that is otherwise not available to your waking mind.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, in other words the therapist presents suggestions in a certain way and it is up to you to follow those suggestions. It is an altered state of consciousness into which you allow yourself to enter with the guidance of a therapist. You are in control all the time, you always know what is happening, and you can come out of the altered state at any moment.

Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy involves going back in time to earlier memories to discover the cause of a present situation in a safe and controlled environment.

When something new happens to us, we remember it and have a reaction in response to that circumstance. Memories stored in our subconscious hold our original physical and emotional feelings that occurred when the given memory was first formed. Each time similar events occur again, the physical and emotional reactions attached to the memory are repeated. These reactions may be inappropriate or unhealthy to the present day situation. Regression Therapy allows a new perspective to be gained which enables blocks from the past to be released resulting in positive resolution on all levels.

Regression Therapy is also used to access memories from our previous incarnations and from the time before we were born through Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives Regression.
