I am a Channel and Energy Worker best known for my connection with 'Zac', a high-vibrational being and aspect of the Ascended Master Djwal Khul.

My connection to the unseen world began in childhood, where I saw and felt what others could not. Magic and mayhem in equal measure! At the age of 12, I received energetic assistance from the SAGB, beginning my formal training in Mediumship, Energy Management, Meditation and Spiritual Healing. This foundation launched a lifelong pursuit of understanding energy and healing. In early adulthood, I juggled a corporate job with further development in Spirit Release and Earth Energies, later adding Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy and Spiritual Regression to my skill set. The profound inner transformation and healing I received during these trainings solidified my path; I have followed my heart ever since.

For nearly 20 years, I have shared Zac’s wisdom, wit, and high-vibe energy. While I have previously been a trainer of many professional therapies, a workshop leader, therapist, spiritual healer, and of course Channel, my current focus is solely upon Channelling Zac. For many of us, a pivotal event in life draws a line in the sand—there is a 'before' and an 'after'. A long and serious illness created such a turning point for me. I cannot express in words how happy I am to be here and stepping out once again more fully into the world. I feel truly blessed throughout my extended illness, other than an initial period with other wonderful Channels sitting in for me, Zac, Hazel and I have continued to create and deliver monthly Zac Chats, Zac Deep Dives and Zac Meditations. It’s been quite the journey!



As I return to my work more fully, I'm excited to see what the future holds and continue sharing this incredible journey with you.
