In a nutshell I am a Channeller best known for Channelling 'Zac', an aspect of the Ascended Master DK.

In the past I've also been a trainer of many professional therapies, a workshop leader, therapist, spiritual healer and energy worker.

For many of us an event or situation in our lives draws a line, there is before and after. This is true I feel currently for myself. For me it was a long and serious illness. I've experienced many other life changing / turning events in the past, nothing quite as all consuming perhaps as this though.

As such life is still unfolding, Zac always says the greatest part of human life is the mystery, the not knowing what lays around the next corner combined with our ability to shape it with 'heart's desire'.

What remains a constant is Channelling Zac. When all else changes and falls away, being able to share him with the world I personally feel is an honour and a blessing.

Hats off to Hazel Newton. Her eureka idea of creating Zac's Portal at Patreon.com many years ago now to share Zac's wisdom, wit, and high vibe energy with all who resonated with 'him' was not only truly inspired it enabled us to continue to deliver incredible Channelling, Meditations and transmissions throughout. Not one month was missed from the start all those years ago, with some beautiful souls Channelling 'sitting in' for the relatively short period I was unable to Channel myself.

Back to the present and before we look to the future here's a little look back as to how life got me here....

As a child I saw and felt what others could not. Magic and mayhem in equal measure is how I remember these early years. At 12 I received assistance from the SAGB and here my journey began in training in the fields of Mediumship and Spiritual Healing. In early adulthood I juggled life in the city, a corporate job and a little too much socialising with further development and training in the fields of Spirit Release and Earth Energies. A little later I added Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy & Life between Life Regression to my skill set and qualifications. The inner transformation and healing I received throughout my own practice sessions during the training bought about a major turning point in my life. People often say ‘I followed my heart’, I feel I have done so throughout my life ever since.

For almost 20 years I’ve Channelling a higher being / consciousness known to all affectionately as Zac. He is an aspect of the ascended master Djwal Khul, although he prefers to ‘wear’ the personality of another of his lives lived in Syria as Zacharia; a simple man who loved life, nature, animals, and has an abundance of joy for what it is to be human living from the heart. He is friend and wise companion to all.

Zac and I delivered in-person Channelling workshops and Extravaganzas for almost 10 years. After providing a private therapy and healing practice to clients for more than a decade, my attention turned to focusing solely on Channelling and Teaching. I was the main UK trainer alongside pioneer Andy Tomlinson at the Past Life Regression Academy for many years teaching Regression Therapy to students from around the world, as well as Hypnotherapy training and Advanced skills workshops in the field of Spirit Release and Space Clearing, as well as Spiritual Emergency based on my own life experiences. Presently I am Director of Supervision for the Academy and teach a review masterclass for graduates Rediscovering Regression Therapy.

The last 4 years have changed my life and work radically. I am at last returning and so grateful and pleased to be doing so. We will see what the future holds, I sense things are going to get busy - especially as Zac has alluded to this fact time and and again with increased gusto most recently! 

People have often asked me how I would describe the work I do and all the many hats I've worn over the years. I think of myself as an Energy Worker, pure and simple. I heard a quote many years ago that stayed with me ever since… ‘the supernatural is the natural not yet explained’… I often feel my life is perhaps all about doing this, for myself and sharing this with others too.
